OFFICE SERVICES CLERK

JSS Barristers is looking for a full time office services clerk who fits in with our culture and shares our values. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks at once. The office services clerk will be a motivated self-starter with initiative, drive and the ability to solve problems. The best office services clerk believes that no job is too big or too small and will pay careful attention to detail. He / she will be responsible for general office appearance, reception relief, document preparation, maintaining stationary and supply levels, and serving all clients (internal and external).
